Memorandum of Understanding

On November 21, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding between UJV, SAE-AN ENGINEERING CORPORATION, SAE-AN ENRTECH CORPORATION and our company.

This agreement confirms shared commitment to collaborate on key areas, particularly related to the construction of new units at Dukovany. The scope of cooperation includes:

1. Preparation and implementation of Pre-Service Inspection (PSI) and In-Service Inspection (ISI)
2. Qualification of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
3. Support for equipment and component lifecycle management programs
4. Development and supply of manipulators and robotic systems for inspections and repairs
5. Safety assessment and safety analysis
6. Support for the middle & end part of the fuel cycle
7. Support for equipment and component qualifications
8. Development of NDT methodology applicable to the advanced reactor
9. Support for the Radioactive Waste management in NPPs & Repository
10. Evaluation of secondary water chemistry effect on SG lifetime
